There are no returns on the custom soap logs.
There are no returns on the custom embroidery.
Yes 30 day money back guarantee on the emu oil products. To return this, you must have at least half the product UNUSED. We must receive it within 30 days of the order. And, as always, you must contact me before returning anything. Do not send back empty bottles which you have used all of it and expect a refund. It's just not gonna happen. Bad business on my end and extremely bad karma on your end.
There are no returns on the maple syrup since it is a consumable.
No returns on shoo-fly pies.
Yes returns on un-opened King Syrup.
Yes returns on Art prints.
This is common sense but if you receive something that is damaged we either need the item returned to
us or at the very least a picture as some sort of proof showing the damage.
If you have a problem with your order please contact us immediately.
Please remember we are only human and may from time to time make mistakes. If I shipped a wrong item or did something silly please just call me! I don't mind talking to my customers!
Shipping Information
Personailized items including embroidery and custom glass, art work, and custom soap logs usually ship in about 5-7 business days.
During the month of December, please allow 10 business days for embroidered items to ship.
Shoofly pies, emu oil products, king syrup, cookbook, usually ship in 24-48 hours.
Maple Syrup usually ship within 1-4 business days.
We ship USPS Priority Mail with the exception of the soap and the maple syrup can be shipped either UPS or USPS.
If you are ordering more than 6 gallons of maple syrup, please call me so I can get the shipping charges more accurate (usually to your favor). It's really hard to estimate something that heavy. You may also call 215-234-0812 to place your order.
